Farooqia College of Pharmacy is one of the prominent Pharmacy College, established in the year 1980 by Rifa Hul Muslimeen Educational Trust and located in Mysore. It is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science (RGUHS), Bangalore. Farooqia College of Pharmacy offers Diploma, Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses in Pharmacy leading to D.Pharm, B.Pharm and Pharm D. - For admission in D.Pharm, candidate need to pass 10+2 examination in PCM/PCB/PCMB subjects or PUC or first year of three-year degree course.
- The minimum eligibility for B.Pharm is 2nd year PUC examination or equivalent examination of any other board or university with 40% marks in combination of PCM or PCB or PCMB.
- For direct admission in second year of B.Pharm, candidate need to pass in D.Pharm with minimum 40% marks.
- The minimum eligibility for Pharm D is 10+2 examination with PCB or PCM or D.Pharm degree or B.Pharm or any other equivalent examination.
- Admission to all the courses is done on the basis of KCET exam scores.
- 5% relaxation in the minimum educational requirement for admission for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates.
