Chandra Shekhar Singh College of Pharmacy (CSSCP), Kaushambhi, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh was originally established in 2009 in the rural area 18 km from Kaushambhi on the Kanpur Allahabad Road. The founder of the College was Chandra Shekhar Singh who wanted to establish the institute to provide educational opportunities in the area. To achieve this, the college has excellent library and laboratories with equipment that adhere to the regulations of the All India Council of Technical Education. The College is affiliated to the Uttar Pradesh Technological University. Students are required to have more than 50% marks in their 10 + 2 examinations to be admitted by the college. The Campus is situated in a green environment inductive to studies. It has sports and recreational facilities. Hostel facilities of the institution are off campus. The Hostel is 12 kms away but near the Allahabad Bus Stand. The college offers a 4 year course in Pharmacy which leads to a B Pharm degree. The students cover subjects in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy, Mathematics and Computers Applications to complete the course. The college has a placement cell to help students find gainful employment.
