JC College of Law was established in the year 1991 and is situated in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. The college is affiliated to the Acharya Nagarjuna University and approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI).

JC College of Law offers courses at the undergraduate and the postgraduate level which is LLB and BA + LLB. LLB is of three-year duration and BA LLB is of five-year duration. Apart from these degree courses, the college also offers certification and diploma courses.

Admission is given to 80% Convenor quota and the remaining 20% to Management quota.

The eligibility for Convenor Quota or A Category seats is that candidate must qualify in AP LAWCET entrance exam.
Candidate should have completed 10 + 2 + 3 from recognised University and should have obtained minimum 45% marks including languages.
For SC/ ST Candidates, minimum aggregate percentage is 40%.
If the candidate has secured 45% or more in B.Ed or other post graduate degree, then he /she is eligible to apply even if minimum eligibility is not satisfied at UG level.
Candidates passed from Open University are not eligible to apply.
Candidate applying through Management Quota need to not appear in LAWCET.
The minimum percentage is reduced to 40% for SC /ST candidates.
Candidates passing 10 + 2 from Open Universities are not eligible to apply for this course.
Admission through management quota is made by the management of the college.

JC College of Law Guntur BA LLB Admission 2023

Candidates who wish to get admission in BA LLB course should have completed 10 + 2 or equivalent from the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or other University approved by the government of India. Candidates should have obtained minimum 45% aggregate marks including all the languages like English and Hindi. Candidate belonging to SC /ST category should have obtained at least 40% aggregate marks.

Candidates who have completed their Higher Secondary from Open University is not eligible to apply for this course. This eligibility is common for applying to convener quota or management quota. For convener quota, Candidates must have given the LAWCET exam which is not necessary for management quota aspirants.

Candidates who wish to get admission in LLB course should have completed 10+2+3 level of education or equivalent from a University approved by the government of India. To get admission in Convener quota, Candidate should have obtained minimum 45% aggregate marks at UG level.

JC College of Law Guntur Diploma Admission 2023

The college offers one postgraduate diploma course and two certification courses. The eligibility for applying to Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights (PGDIPR) course is a graduation degree in any discipline. Post Graduate Certificate in Cyber Law (PGCCL) course is an online course for which candidates should be graduates in any discipline. Also, Certificate Program in Human Resource (CHR) course is offered by this college which is of 6 months duration and can be pursued after completing 10+2 examination.

Admission to all the courses is done on the basis of merit.
