Admissions are based on securing of a rank in the LAWCET qualifying exam. The LAWCET is conducted in every academic year by a university to which the job is entrusted to by the Andhra Pradesh Commission of Higher Education. However, a few management seats are available under “B” category and for which even non-LAWCET candidates are eligible to seek admission exclusively on merit basis. A candidate who secured degree directly by private study without 10+2 is not eligible for admission. A candidate who secured his/her degree under the system of single Sitting exam is also not eligible. As per BCI Regulations, age limit for admission into 3 year course is 30 years in all cases and 35 years in case of SC, ST, BC.
