ILS Law College is one of the oldest law colleges affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University. The college offers courses at both UG and PG levels. The institute offers BA LLB, BBA LLB at the UG level and LLB and LLM at the PG level. Besides these, the college also offers diploma courses in multiple disciplines. Admission to BA LLB, BBA LLB and L.L.B will be through MH-CET-LAW.

For admission in LLM, the merit of the previous exam will be taken into consideration. For the diploma courses ‘first-come-first-serve’ method is followed.

ILS Law College UG Courses Admissions 2023

ILS law college offers BA LLB. It is a 5 years program at the UG level. Admissions are based on the basis of scores in entrance exams. The process to apply for the course is both online and offline.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from any recognized board of education with a minimum score of 45% (for general candidates) or 40% (for SC/ST candidates).

LLB: Candidates must have passed their bachelor's degree examination or equivalent from any faculty in ILS law college or other college recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI) with a minimum score of 45% (for general candidates) or 40% (for SC/ST candidates).

L.L.M: Candidates must have passed graduation (BA LLB or BBA LLB) from any recognized university with a minimum of 45% marks for the general category and 40% for SC/ST category students.

ILS Law College PG Courses Selection Criteria

LLB: Admission in LLB is done based on scores in the MH CET entrance test followed by a Counselling process.

LLM: Admission in LLM is through a merit system only. Merit list is prepared as per the marks in the Graduation. Shortlisted students need to appear for an interview to get admission.

Diploma programs in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare and Taxation and Laws are also offered at ILS Law College. These courses are affiliated with Pune University with a duration of one academic year.

Ans. The reservation in ILS law college is provided as per the guideline of the government of India and Pune university,

SC/ST/OBC candidates belonging to only Maharashtra have 50% reserved seats.
3% of seats have been reserved for PWD candidates.
47% of seats have been reserved for other candidates which also have two divisions of candidates from Maharashtra and outside of Maharashtra.
