The BSc Program is offered jointly by NCHMCT and IGNOU. 10+2 qualified students can apply for admission to the UG programme. 

Eligibility Criteria

• 10+2 or equivalent examination with English as one of the subjects from a recognized board.
• Candidate must have passed English as a subject of study (core / elective / functional) in the qualifying examination. 
• Candidates appearing in 10+2 or equivalent examination can also appear in Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) on provisional basis.
• Candidate should be of or below 25 years of age as on July 1
• In case of SC / ST candidates upper age limit is 28 years.

Selection Criteria

• Admissions are strictly based on merit of NCHM JEE score.
• In case candidates secure equal marks, the merit will be determined as under :
  • Higher marks in English component
  • Higher marks in Service Aptitude Component ,
  • Older in age shall rank higher.
• Reservation of seats for candidates are as per Govt. of India Rules.

How to apply for NCHM JEE ?

• Visit the website : nchm.nta.nic.in.
• Candidates can apply online only for NCHM JEE 2021.
• Register for online application form and note down system generated application number
• Candidate can login with the system generated Application Number and created Password.
• Fill in the personal and academic details and choose the examination centre.
• Uploading the Scanned Images of candidate photograph and candidate signature.
• Payment of application fee for general category candidates is INR 900, EWS is INR 700 and ST / SC / PWD / Transgender is INR 450.
• Submit and download the form for future references.

The M.Sc. Program is offered jointly by NCHMCT and IGNOU. Graduation degree holders will be eligible to apply.

It provides built in specialization in Semester III wherein students have the option to take up either Human Resource Management or Sales & Marketing.

Eligibility Criteria

• 3 Year / 4 Year Degree holders in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Hotel Administration.
• Candidates appearing in the final semester / final year exam of the above degree can also apply provided they have passed in all earlier papers.
• In service sponsored candidates from industry who wish to pursue higher studies in the field.

Selection Criteria

• Direct admission will be provided without NCHM JEE :  
  • Candidates who passed the B.Sc. Degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from NCHMCT IGNOU.
  • Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management by securing 55% marks from a AICTE approved University / Institute and having two years or more working experience in 3 star and above rated hotel industry.
  • Industrial training which is part of Degree not to be counted as working experience.
• Admission will be based on merit in the joint entrance examination if direct admission is not applicable.
• Reservation of seats for candidates are as per Govt. of India Rules.

How to Apply for NCHM MSC JEE ?

• Visit the website :  www.thims.gov.in or www.nchm.nic.in .
• Fill in the application form with personal and academic details.
• Submit and download the application form.
• Send print out of the filled in online application along with necessary fee through a demand draft drawn in favour of NCHMCT payable at Noida or Delhi.
• Payment of application fee for general category candidates is INR 900, EWS is INR 700 and ST / SC / PWD / Transgender is INR 450.
• Application form with required documents should reach NCHMCT, Noida before the deadline.
• Direct Admission candidates require to send application form along with copies of certificates of educational qualification and experience to NCHMCT before the deadline. 
• No application fee through DD is required to be sent along with application form for direct admission candidates.

Course duration is for 36 weeks followed by 24 weeks of Industrial Training. Each diploma program equips students in the basic areas of specialization and institutes provide hands on training to students in the institute kitchens and laboratory.

How to Apply for Diploma / Craftmanship Courses ?

• Applications are invited by institute through advertisement in leading local newspapers released during June each year and selection made through a transparent selection process.
• Application Form can be downloaded from Institute website or collected from college sales counter.
• Filled in forms can be submitted in person / post / e-mail along with the scanned copies of self attested certificate / Documents .
• Application fee of INR 300 for General Category an INR 150 for Reserved Category (SC / ST) by means of crossed Demand Draft.
