Culinary Academy of India (CAI) was established in the year 2004 in Hyderabad, Telangana. CAI is affiliated to Osmania University, Hyderabad.
CIA offers Bachelor’s Degree in Catering Technology and Culinary Arts of 3-years with intake of 60 candidates, Post Graduate Diploma in Culinary Arts of 1-year duration with the intake of 30 students, and Certificate course in Food Production and Patisserie of One and half year duration with the total capacity of 40 students.
- The application form will be collected from the college office in person or be downloaded from the college’s website.
- Payment of the application fee could be done through the Demand Draft/Cash.
- Applicants who have passed 10+2 in any stream with minimum 50% marks from a recognized Board are eligible to get admission in the Bachelor’s Degree program.
- Candidates who have BHM/ BBA/ BBM/ BHHM and equivalent Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized University are considered eligible for PG Diploma program.
- Students who have passed SSC/ Class 10th or its equivalent examination in any discipline with English as a medium of instruction are eligible to get admission in Certificate course.
- Admission to Bachelor’s Degree and PG Diploma course is given through All India Entrance Examination held in Hyderabad including candidate’s performance in GD and PI.
- Selection of the candidate for admission to certificate course is done on the basis of his/ her marks obtained in the written test, GD, and PI conducted by the college.
