• Selection test by DCI (NEET MDS) for the category and category of the candidate Getting the minimum percentile prescribed for.
• Passed BDS from a Dental College recognized by DCI or passed screening test from National Board of Examinations in case of passing the qualifying examination from else where in India.
• For admissions to Dental Mechanics & Dental Hygienist course (Diploma), interested candidates should have cleared 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Biology.
• Completion of internship in DCI recognized medical college as per DCI norms.
• Permanent/temporary registration in Madhya Pradesh Dental Council.
• To be a local resident (Domicile) of Madhya Pradesh.

Under the following circumstances this qualification will automatically be relaxed:-

• The Candidate passed BDS exam from the college located in the state of Madhya Pradesh
• Second phase of counseling and subsequent steps of the candidates registered for of Madhya Pradesh.
•  In case of non-availability of Madhya pradesh domicile, this qualification will automatically be considered relaxed for the vacancies available at that time.
