Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University (MPMSU), Jabalpur is a state university established in 2011 by the Government of Madhya Pradesh.MPMSU is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Medical Council of India (MCI). It is the governing body for all the Dental, Nursing, Medicine, Paramedical, Homeopathic, Ayurvedic, Unani and Yoga colleges in Madhya Pradesh. The university is affiliated with a total of 300 colleges with a yearly intake of approximately 80000 students. According to IIRF 2023, MPMSU is ranked in 86^th position out of 156 colleges in India under the Physiotherapy category.

MPMSU offers UG, PG, Doctorate, Super-Specialty, and fellowship courses in various streams such as Medicine, Dental, Nursing, Paramedical, Ayurveda, Homeopathic, Unani, and Yoga & Naturopathy.
