College of Dairy Science & Technology (CDST), Mannuthy, is a constituent college under Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (KVASU), established in the year of 1993, in Thrissur city of Kerala, India.

B.Tech aspirants are selected through the Common Engineering Entrance Examination (KEAM CEE) conducted by Govt. of Kerala.

College of Dairy Science and Technology Mannuthy B.Tech Admission 2023

At the undergraduate level. CDST Thrissur offers B.Tech in Dairy Science & Technology with an intake of 40 seats. Admission will be based on the scores of KEAM, conducted by CEE, Govt. of Kerala. Admissions are also done based on the rank secured by the candidates JEE Main.

Candidates need to pass the 10+2 level examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Computer Sciences or Biotechnology or Biology, as one of the compulsory subjects to be eligible for admission.

CDST Mannuthy offers M.Tech. in 3 specializations with an intake of 2 seats each. Admissions to M.Tech.courses are done through an Entrance Examination and Interview

conducted by KVASU.

Candidates must hold a recognized B.E. or B.Tech degree in Dairy Science and Technology or Dairy Technology, in order to be eligible for the postgraduate program.

College of Dairy Science and Technology Mannuthy Application Process 2023

Application forms are to be filled and submitted online at the university website. They need to follow the subsequent steps:

Applicants have to upload their passport size color photograph (The size of photograph and signature shall not exceed 30 kb).
They should pay application fee either through Demand Draft or online through credit card/debit card/Internet banking.
If paying through Demand Draft, it should be drawn in favor of “Finance Officer, Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Pookode, Wayanad” payable at State Bank of India, Kalpetta for INR 1000 (General Category) and INR 500 (SC/ST) category.
They can also make an online payment mode using credit card/ debit card/ Internet banking. They should pay INR 1020 (General Category) and INR 520 (for SC/ST category).
After successful submission of the application fee, they should take the print out of the online application submitted using user ID and password and send the same after affixing signature with the following enclosures to

‘The Director (Academics & Research), Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Pookode, Lakkidi P.O, Wayanad, Kerala, Pin 673576’

Documents to be enclosed:

A copy of the receipt if paid through Online or Demand draft if the payment of the application fee is made by Demand Draft. Name and address of the candidate and course for which applied must be entered on the back side of the Demand Draft.
A Xerox copy of the same shall be retained by the candidate.
Community Certificate obtained from a Revenue Officer, not below the rank of Village Officer in the case of SC/ST candidates (Native of Kerala origin)
A ‘Non Objection Certificate’ and experience certificate obtained from the controlling officer concerned in the case of in-service candidates.
Attested copies of certificates in proof of age, qualifications, mark list of qualifying
examination, experience, sports activities.
Attested copy of Nativity certificate in the case of candidates from states other than Kerala.
Attested copies of the certificates with regard to extra-curricular activities.
Attested copies of Experience certificate, if any.
Attested copy of certificates in support of any other reservation/claims made in the application.
