You can apply online or download application forms for PG courses from the official website of KAU. Application forms and prospectus for admission to the above PG programmes are available in the official website of KAU. You should apply for PG and Ph.D. Programme programme through online and take a printout of hard copy of the application.

You should send a hard copy of application form along with the required documents and fees  details to the Registrar, Kerala Agricultural University, KAU P.O., Thrissur, Kerala - 680 656 within 7 days to the last date prescribed for the submission of online application.

Application Fee:

For Master Degree Programme

• General Candidates: INR 1000/-
• SC/ST Candidates: INR 500/-

For Ph.D. Programme

• General Candidates: INR 1250/-
• SC/ST Candidates: INR 750/-

Make Payment of Application Fee:

If you belong to Kerala then you can remit application fee at any branch o SBT Bank. If you belong to another state then you should pay application through Demand draft drawn I favour of Comptroller, KAU at SBT, KAU main campus branch.

• For Keralite Students: Fee may be remitted by pay in slip at any SBT Branch in the state, to the Kerala Agricultural University Comptroller’s SB Account No. 57006546701 maintained at SBT, KAU Branch Main Campus, Vellanikkara and the counterfoil of the remittance slip must be attached along with the hardcopy of application form send to University.
• For Students outside Kerala: The application fee shall be paid by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Comptroller, KAU, Vellanikkara payable at the SBT, KAU Campus Branch, Vellanikkara and the DD should be enclosed with the hard copy of application.

Required documents to send with Application Form

• Remittance slip/Demand Draft for the application fee
• Community Certificate and Income Certificate
• No objection certificate (NOC) and experience certificate (in case of in-service candidates)
• Self attested copies of certificates in proof of age, qualifications, mark list of qualifying examination, sports activities.
• Self attested copy of Residential certificate (in the case of candidates from Kerala)

Note: All candidates applying for Ph.D. Programme shall submit a project proposal along with the application forms.

Aspirants seeking admission to 2-year Full-time M.Sc Program should have Graduation in relevant stream is mandatory to apply.
