Application forms for the Ph.D. course are filled online only. The application process for the Ph.D. program at CIAE, Bhopal is carried out by IARI, New Delhi.

Following are the instructions to fill the online application form:

• Go to official website of IARI.
• Click on "Register Here" button on the right side of the homepage.
• Fill up the required details and click on “Register” button.
• After successful registration, click on “Login” button and enter your email ID and password.
• After successful login, a page will open with multiple text & drop-down fields.
• Select your admission scheme from the "Scheme" drop-down. Fill-up all the other details as required and also fill the contact details as well.
• Click "Save and Next" button.
• In the new page fill education details, after filling all the required details, click on “Save and Next”.
• Now upload the photograph (File size less than 100 kb and greater than 10 kb) and signature (size less than 20 kb and greater than 10 kb).
• Click on “Next” button, to enter the payment page, enter the Demand Draft Number details for the registration of Ph.D. Entrance Examination 2021- 22.
• Application fee for Ph.D. Entrance Examination is INR 1000 for Gen/OBC category and INR 500 for SC/ST/PC category.
• After filling all the necessary details, click on “Save and Next” button click the checkbox to complete the Final Submit.
• After successful submission, the candidate should take a printout of the online submitted Application Form and send the hard copy of it to Registrar, PG School, IARI, New Delhi-12 along with self-attested copies of the required documents.

Self-attested copies of the documents to be enclosed with application form:

• Matriculation Passing Certificate for proof of the date of birth.
• Master’s Degree Certificate and Marks sheet.
• Other Backward Class, Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe and Physically Challenged Certificate (whichever is applicable).
• Demand Draft in favour of Director, IARI, payable at New Delhi.

Documents to be produced originals and as well as one set of self-attested copies:

• Proof of the date of birth.
• Passing Certificates and Mark Sheets of SSC and HSC.
• Bachelor’s degree certificate and marks sheet.
• Master’s degree certificate and marks sheet.
• Other Backward Class, Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe and Physically Challenged Certificate (whichever is applicable).
• Certificate to be produced by candidates who are appearing for their M.Sc. final examination.
• Admit Cards for the Entrance Examination.
• The candidates selected shall be required to furnish a surety bond for an amount of INR 50,000 (Rupees fifty thousand only) on non-judicial stamp paper valuing INR 100 duly attested by the notary.
