Agricultural College came into existence in the year 1945 in Bapatla, Guntur. The college is affiliated to Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University. It offers B. Tech and M. Tech courses under different fields of specializations.

The college conducts both online and offline mode of application processing.
For admission in B. Tech in Agricultural Engineering, the applicants must have passed 10+2 in Science stream with Mathematics from AP Board or any other equivalent Board.
Selection criterion is based on the score in EAM-CET.
For M. Tech, the candidates must possess B. Tech degree in Agricultural Engineering with at least 50% marks or 5.50 OGPA on the 10 points scale from any recognised university.

The aspirants seeking admission in the Agricultural College of ANGRAU can apply online for UG programmes. The candidates have to register themselves online with the official website of the college with a valid mobile number and e-mail id. However, admission in PG and Ph.D Programmes are conducted strictly offline.

To apply for admission in B.Tech, the candidates must follow the below mentioned application process –

For Online –

Visit the official website of the university http://www.angrau.ac.in.
Fill the online application form carefully.
Upload the documents required –
1. Passport sized photograph in JPEG (3.5 cm X 4.5 cm) not exceeding 50 KB file size.
2. Signature of the Applicant (3.5 cm X 1.5 cm) not exceeding 30 KB.
3. 10^th and 10+2 mark sheets and passing certificates
4. Hall Ticket and Rank card of AP-EAMCET
5. SC/ ST/ OBC caste certificate, if applicable
6. Bonafide certificate
7. Applicants applying under Farmers quota must submit – Agricultural Land Holding Certificate and Non-Municipal Area Certificate with Signatures from the Tehsildar or concerned Head of the Institution.
Submit the application form after completely filling it by paying INR 1200 (for General & BC category) and INR 600 (for SC/ ST) online via Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net-Banking.
Take a print out of the submitted application form to carry for Counselling.

Note – No printed application form is accepted for admission in UG Programmes.

The aspirants can manually obtain the prospectus and application form from the admission office of the University.
