Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants seeking admission to 2 years Full-time M.Arch Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement:

Prospective students should have passed Bachelor of Architecture or its equivalent degree course approved by Council of Architecture, New Delhi a bachelor's degree in Engineering such as BE in Civil or its equivalent. In addition, the candidates are required to successfully appear for an entrance test conducted by the University.
With a minimum of 50% for open category seats and 45% for reservation (SC/ST) category seats.

Entrance Exam:

A common entrance test (CET) is will be conducted as per rules and regulation of Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University.

Is Bharati Vidyapeeth better than DY Patil for applied arts (Pune)?

Having friends studying in both the institutions, I can say that both are good. If you see, Bharati Vidyapeeth is quite an old institute as compared to DY Patil.

Moreover, Bharati Vidyapeeth is good for applied arts; which is situated in main Pune city. It also has good infrastructure and facilities. On the other hand, DY Patil is famous for engineering and technology which is situated in Akurdi and Pimpri.
