SFR College for Women (SFRCW), Sivakasi offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs across all the streams in various specializations. Admissions based on merit basis only. Admission both the UG and PG program is conducted online at SFR College for Women itself.

Students must have passed 10+2 exams in a relevant stream to be eligible for admission to BBA, BCA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc programs.
Admission to MA, M.Sc, M.Com are offered on the basis of scores obtained in UG degree exam.

To be eligible for admission in the PG program at SFR candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Selection Criteria

Selection into the college will be based on different criteria for various courses-

For M.A. in English and M.Sc in Mathematics and Chemistry, the selection will be done by calculating the marks obtained in the 1st 5 semesters of the UG program followed by the interview.
For M.A. in Tamil and History, M.com, MCA, and M.Phil, the selection will be done on the basis of merit.

SFR College for Women Application Process

Documents Required:

Attested Xerox copies of the Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate.
Attested Xerox copies Bachelor's Degree / 10+2 result.
Attested Xerox copies of community certificates should be produced.

Application process:

The candidate has to fill the application form available on the official website of the college and submit the hard copy along with documents to the admission office.
The list of candidates selected for admission will be notified in the college notice board and on the official college website.
The candidates selected for the admission will have to pay the fees to lock their seats which will not be refunded.
Admission is subjected to verification of Degree by the Director of Govt. Examinations.
The original certificates will be submitted to the college and will be returned after the completion of the program.

Ans. Seats are reserved as per Tamil Nadu Govt. Reservation Policy-

S.T – 1% , S.C- 18%
6 seats in UG and 2 seats in PG for children of Ex-Servicemen of Tamil Nadu origin.
Physically Handicapped – 3% and Sports (State Level) – 3%
