Samarpan Arts and Commerce College located in the capital city of the Gujarat State was established in 1996. The college was founded by Gandhinagar Charitable Trust by veteran philanthropist Shree Shankersinhji Vaghela with the sole aim of serving in the field of education.

The college is affiliated to Gujarat University offers undergraduate courses with Bachelors Degree Programmes (B.A. & B.Com.) in the field of Economics, English, Sanskrit, Gujarati and Commerce along with the choice of elective courses in Psychology and Sociology.
