SVD Government Degree College for Women About 20 years back, the state of education was not encouraging in Nidadavole and the surrounding areas. There was no educational institution in this area. The women education was severely lacking. But with the establishment of SVD Government Degree College for Women, it became possible for many women to fulfil their dream to get high quality education and look forward to creating a bright future for them. Slowly and gradually, various courses were added to the roaster and the college shifted into its own building sprawled in 2.5 Acres area from a Lion’s Club auditorium. In 1991, the College also received a permanent affiliation to the Andhra University. 100 percent results are being achieved in the Arts stream with 83 percent in Science and 70 percent in Commerce stream.
