Read Full ReviewIt depends on which department of Vivekananda College you are joining. According to my friends from the institute, the rules and regulations for most of the departments are quite lenient, except for a few.
First-year students need to attend prayers once a week. Other than that you will have a lot of freedom on campus. The faculty base of the institute is great. They will be helpful with your problems. Also, Vivekananda College has a great placement cell. Many reputed companies visit the campus for recruiting students.
Vivekananda College is not that strict, however, there are rules that you may or may not like. Your time at the college can be great if you manage to make good friends. But it may take a semester or a year to do so.
