ISI Kolkata has a great M.Tech CS program in terms of academics and placements.  If you are from a Computer Science background, then you would have already studied most of the subjects covered in first year. During the second year, you will have the freedom to choose courses based on your interest. ISI is particularly reputed for Cryptography.
