All the interested candidates may apply for the any of the course described above as per their interest and eligibility. The application procedure is explained below:
Step-1: Candidates need to visit the website www.mponline.gov.in to get an access to the site of mponline; the candidates can go to the kiosk of mponline and ask the kiosk person for submission of admission form of Jiwaji University Gwalior. The kiosk person will help the students in filling the form and the fee of application form is Rs.600/-.
Step-2: There are some details and documents required while filling up the application form mentioned below:
- 2 Passport size recent photographs for getting it scanned for admission form
- Family details like Father’s name, Mother’s name and their occupation
- Date of Birth
- Nationality
- Address for correspondence
- Academic details like 10th & 12th Marks
- Contact number
Step-3: After filling form, at the end candidates have to sign a declaration and the kiosk person will give the print outs of Admission form cum receipt of payment and the admit card bearing the roll number [For Entrance based course].
Step- 4: Candidates are required to submit the print out of complete application form by speed post or by registered post along with photocopies of all the mark sheets, caste certificate, and certificate related to participation in NCC, NSS, Sport and Co-curricular activities to below mentioned address:

REFUND OF FEE:
- If any candidate leaves the course or desires to cancel his/her admission before the last counselling, the fee will be returned to him/her after deducting 10% of the fees deposited by him/her.
- If a candidate seeks admission to another course offered by University till last counselling day, the fee shall be transferred to that course after deducting 10% of the total deposited fee. No changes will be made after last date of counselling.
- If a provisionally admitted student is declared fail, his/her deposited fee will be refunded after deducting 10% of the fee.
All the candidates are advised to go through all the details required before filling the application form and some important points are mentioned below:
- In order to qualify a candidate must secure in test at least 30% (25% for SC/ST/OBC) marks.
- Entrance Test contains 100 questions and there are 4 sections containing 25 questions each. The time of Entrance test is 90 minutes.
- If the age is more than the requisite age the application will be rejected and no action would be taken further.
- A candidate, who left the course in between after taking admission in same course, due to any reason, would not be given regular admission in the same course.
- Any candidate involved in illegal activity will not be eligible for taking admission in any of the course.
- A full time government employee/ non-government employee are not permitted to take admission in courses which are running during working hours. However, they can take admission in courses run after regular working hours provided they produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.
- After counselling even if the seats remain vacant or they become vacant due to some other reasons, they will be filled up by the respective heads or coordinators as per the candidates merit in the admission test.
Aspirants seeking to get admission to a full-time program should have passed 10+2 from a recognized board.
For Entrance Test based course:
- The list of selected candidates will be prepared in accordance of their merit in Entrance test. Separate list will be prepared for General and Reserved category. However, if a candidate of reserved category finds his/her merit in both the lists, he/she will have choice to opt any of these.
- Counselling for the admission will be held on scheduled time at Galav Sabhagar. The admission will be finalized then and there at the time of counselling.
For Non-Entrance based course:
- The list of selected candidates will be prepared in accordance with the marks obtained in qualifying exam.
- Selected candidates’ list will be displayed on the Notice board and such candidates shall be eligible for counselling.
- The selection will be finalized at the time of counselling.
There are some important points which are same for both the type of courses as mentioned below:
- The candidates are required to reach personally before the counselling team.
- Candidates should bring all the required documents at the time of counselling.
- After the counselling, if the course counsellor is convinced with the claim of candidate, he/she shall be issued an admission slip upon production of which he/she shall be entitled to deposit the requisite fees at the Bank counter of the Central Bank of India, University branch immediately. After depositing fee the candidate has to submit one copy of the receipt challan with the course counsellor of respective department.
- In case a candidate fails to submit the fees on the day or time of counselling then the candidate will not be entitled to admission and seat will be allotted to next candidate in the list.
- If a candidate fails to report at the time of call the candidate shall forfeit his/her claim for admission.
