Centennial College Accommodation Application Process

• You can contact the front desk via the phone number provided above.
• By visiting the official site and booking a tour or applying for a room as per your requirements.
• By mailing them on their official mail id.
• Tours are also available; you can contact the office for more information about this.
• Accommodations are determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
• All new applicants must pay a $250 security deposit. Renewals (returning residents) are exempt from paying the security deposit charge because their existing deposit would be carried over from year to year during their stay. A non-refundable $100 application fee is also expected of new applicants. Returning residents are exempt from paying this tax. The $100 application fee to Centennial College is considered forfeit if a new applicant withdraws from Centennial College – or is not admitted to Centennial College.

Payment Options for Centennial College Accommodation

• Applicants and/or Residents can pay their Security Deposit, Application Fee, Rent Payments, or other Miscellaneous Charges in cash, certified check, or money order, as well as online via their official payment portal, RentMoola, by going to www.rentmoola.com/quickpay/centennial, providing their Contact Information, and making payment via Credit Card or Direct Debit. If you are ever asked to enter a postal code, please use Centennial Place's: M1G 3T8.”
• Note that any Service Fees charged by RentMoola for credit card or direct debit payments are the responsibility of the Card Holder, not Centennial Place Residence.
• Personal checks are not accepted as a form of payment. Please note that the Residence does not have a POS machine.
• Payments by credit/debit card are not accepted in person.
• If a Resident wants to make a payment using their Centennial College account, they must inform the Bookkeeper of the available funds. It is the Resident's duty to contact Centennial Place Management and request this transfer of funds.

Centennial College Off-Campus Housing

The Centennial College Student Association Inc. (CCSAI) partners/collaborates with Places4Students Inc., an off-campus housing service provider. Travelodge

Travelodge is a hotel in the vicinity of Progress Campus. It's a pleasant place to stay for a few days while you look for something more permanent. International students at Centennial College receive a discounted rate as well. Centennial College Accommodation Cost

All international students at Centennial College are made to feel welcome and at ease in their new residence. Many options are available to the students, including Centennial Residence or living off-campus with other students or on your own.
