The University of Saskatchewan offers a Master of Laws program for a duration of 16 months.
This course is offered on a full-time basis. The program consists of two options: thesis and project option for a minimum of 30 units.
This program is offered through the College of Law by the University of Saskatchewan College of Graduate Studies.
In this program, students must write a thesis under the supervision of a designated faculty member and, upon completion, is read by an appointed Advisory Committee.

Aboriginal law and Indigenous peoples' rights
Administration of justice
Administrative and municipal law
Bankruptcy and insolvency
Business organizations and corporate law
Commercial law (domestic and international), and etc

Academic Eligibility:

Applicants have a cumulative weighted average of at least 70% in the last two years of study (i.e. 60 credit units).
A Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws degree, or equivalent, from a recognized college or university.
Proof of English proficiency may be required for international applicants, whose first language is not English.
Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL to get admission in this program.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:

Completed a 4-year UG degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Completed a master’s degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

Required Documents are:

Three academic or professional references: Three Letters of recommendation (completed via an online application process, no need to send to CGPS from the issuing institution)
CV/Resume: A resume/CV should be a one or two-page concise summary of skills, experience, and education.
Offer Letter: Students must submit have an offer letter.
Test Results: Provide proof of English proficiency, if English is not the first language in student country, as proof of IELTS/TOEFL result scores is to be submitted.
