The University of Saskatchewan offers a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology with a duration of 4 years.
This course is offered on a full-time and part-time basis also. This program is provided both on-campus and off-campus.
The Department has the expertise necessary for the instruction and training of advanced students in areas that include cellular and molecular biology of eukaryotes, microbial genetics and physiology, virology, immunology, vaccinology, enzymes, metabolic pathways, and the synthesis structure, and function of proteins and nucleic acids.

Academic Eligibility:

Applicants have a master’s degree, or equivalent, from a recognized university in a relevant academic discipline.
A cumulative weighted average of at least 70% in the last two years of study (i.e. coursework required in master’s program).
Proof of English proficiency may be required for international applicants, whose first language is not English.
Admission is offered on an ongoing basis until all seats are filled.
Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL to get admission in this program.

Indian Student Eligibility:

The student has graduated from senior secondary school or equivalent.
Students must have graduated from a university or college in a related field or equivalent.
