The program has the following specific objectives: 

• To master the basic functions inherent in the management of any organization. 
• Master the multidisciplinary tools related to the internal management of the organization. 
• Understand the multidisciplinary tools related to the overall and integrated management of the organization within the external environment.
• Learn how to effectively manage organizational change. 
• To learn to communicate well, to know oneself and to improve one's personal qualities, in order to be able to work efficiently and pleasantly in a team and to exert quality leadership.
