The main objective of the cooperative program is to place the student in contact with the workplace during his or her studies. The student gains an experience in the workplace, increasing his chances of success in finding a future job. In addition, the employer has the opportunity to train the student or the student to perfect one's learning in particular applications of the workplace thus helping the employer achieve its own productivity and performance goals.
