The program is training female teachers and teachers for secondary classes (9 th year at the 12 th year) with a solid general education and knowledge of school subjects, content and teaching associated with programs prescribed studies for this level of education. It also aims to train educators able to develop positive relationships with all their students, as well as to plan, animate and evaluate the results of their educational approach.

LEARNING STRATEGIES 
The program uses a wide variety of pedagogical approaches to update its training objectives, including: project-based pedagogy, cooperative learning, team-based assignments and exercises, teaching peer (oral presentations of content developed by students), guided discovery, interactive presentations (soliciting active participation of students). These various strategies are chosen according to the general objectives of each course, the nature of the learning pursued and the specific professional skills that one seeks to develop. The program also places an emphasis on practical training (three courses).
