A major in Kinesiology and Applied Health can lead to a career as a physical education teacher, an athletic therapist, a personal fitness trainer, a sport coach, or a sport psychologist, among other options. The Kinesiology program covers what, why, and how of human physical activity through three five main areas of concentration: Kinesiology (General), Exercise Science, Athletic Therapy, Physical & Health Education (Teaching), and Coaching.

This program leads to a Bachelor of Science. Completion of Coaching or Kinesiology (General) leads to a Bachelor of Kinesiology; completion of Athletic Therapy or Exercise Science leads to a Bachelor of Science, and completion of Physical & Health Education (Teaching) leads to a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education.
