• Concordia University offers a BCS in Computer Science (General Program) with a duration of 4 years (8 semesters).
  • This course is offered on a full-time basis and part-time studies are not available for this program.

  • A Bachelor of Computer Science degree takes a minimum of three or four years (90 - 120 credits) of full-time study, depending on students' academic background.

  • They offer an honors program to computer science students with high academic standing. Students may apply to the honors program once students have completed 30 credits.
  • The co-op program gives the chance to complete paid work terms that last 12 to 16 weeks.
  • As a co-op, students will work for engineering firms where students may:
    • Develop new or improve existing algorithms
    • Participate in software quality assurance, programming, debugging and testing
    • Prepare project proposals, specifications, and software testing plans
