The Nutrition Sciences major at Baylor University has been granted Accreditation for Dietetics Education, allowing graduates to be well equipped to complete training and become a Registered Dietician by taking the Registration Examination for Dietitians.

Graduates can expect to find job opportunities in many fields including Sports Nutrition, Medical Nutrition Therapy, Eating Disorder Counseling and Weight Management.  Other fields include Pharmaceutical Sales, Food Systems Management and Culinary Arts.

Baylor offers several Living-Learning Centers, which are housing opportunities designed to place students of common interests together.  The Science & Health Living-Learning Center is a residential option available for pre-health students.  Students are able to collaborate with each other, science faculty and medical researchers.
