International/Community Development is an interdisciplinary degree program in practical missions, preparing graduates to address not only spiritual but also educational, economic, medical, and physical needs. A major in ICD is preparation to work in a helping capacity--through churches, ministries, mission agencies, nonprofit organizations, relief organizations, international schools, government agencies, and a variety of other endeavors in the USA and abroad. The basic skills taught in ICD?needs assessment, problem solving, training, and leadership?are valuable in any field. This degree can be completed in three years by following the degree-in-three plan sheet.
