Students have the ability to choose electives that reflect specific career interests. Many of our students elect to gain valuable experience by participating in an internship.

The versatility of the business management major means you will leave Springfield College with plenty of career opportunities. Whether it’s a job as a business analyst, account executive, consultant, human resources manager, or something else entirely, you will be well positioned to leverage the education you received at Springfield College. A number of our graduates decide to further their education by enrolling in our Master of Business Administration 4+1 program.
