Students learn key methods and principles of interaction and user experience design: prototyping, iterative design cycle, user studies as well as conceptual models, feedback, and affordances. Students also study information visualization concepts and principles for interactive information systems, interactive instructions, and animated information graphics.

Students explore the impact of interaction design and interactive product/systems on everyday life, expert domains and will further evaluate the relationship between design, technology, and society. Graduates of the program pursue fields in film, motion graphics, web design, animation, game development, and human interface design.
