US Visa for International Students

Application for a visa at a U.S. embassy or consulate will require the student to submit an I-20 form collected from Texas State University. To get USA student visa, the applicant will need to submit:

Typically, admission taken is usually made between one to three weeks and the applicant will be notified by mail. However, for graduate applicants, it may take up to six weeks before admission decisions are released. More so, it takes up to three to five business days before official transcripts that have been sent by the applicant reflect on the application status screen as received. If the documents are not yet reflected, applicants are to allow for two weeks to pass before confirming if the documents have been sent to the correct address by the issuing institution. However, if the delivery service used is FedEx or DHL, applicants are to allow sufficient time for delivery.

The admissions for the programs of Texas State University are moderately competitive.
