The Organizational Leadership Skills course shares the principles, strategies and elements needed to effectively lead teams in the workplace. Students in the class will gain an in-depth knowledge on a variety of leadership techniques and gain real-world insights based on professors with years of career experience.
Upon completion of this program, graduates will:
