The Educational Leadership Program at St. Mary?s University is a 36-hour, non-thesis program designed for educators aspiring to become team leaders, mentor teachers, department chairs, instructional coordinators or administrators. This program provides an excellent route for first- and second-year teachers to develop professional expertise and fulfill continuing professional education (CPE) hours, while being part of a community of educators dedicated to professional excellence.
