The purpose of the Physical Education Teacher Education (PETE) program is to prepare students as successful teachers of physical education and for professional licensing to teach in K-12 schools. The graduate Coaching Wellness Program prepares students to work alongside health care professionals to facilitate behavior change in various populations, and the research-oriented MS and PhD programs are suited to those wishing to engage in the scholarship of human movement.
