The BA in Spanish provides students with a broad base of knowledge in the target foreign language, including its literary and cultural traditions. Students acquire the research and communication skills necessary for success in a variety of social and professional settings.. The program also prepares students for a range of professions in which foreign language (oral and written) and analytical skills are necessary, or to pursue graduate study in academic or professional programs.
