This is a rigorous program that is research-based, yet practical in its goal to translate theory into practice. It approaches leadership through the lens of social justice advocacy while addressing challenging issues with integrity and in a caring and ethical manner. The Master of Education program requires 31 semester credit hours, which can be completed in an accelerated format in approximately two years. A one semester practicum is also required for the degree. This requirement can be completed without the loss of work time.?

A candidate holding a Professional Educators License with a Teacher Endorsement may choose to apply for the M.Ed. in Teacher Leadership. If the candidate meets admission requirements up to 6 credit hours can be transferred to this degree program.?
