Throughout this electrical engineering technology degree program, you will gain expertise in the practical workings of complex electrical systems and components. You will gain the ability to interact with both manufacturing and engineering professionals in order to build and maintain systems.
Offered through the College of Science, Engineering and Technology (CSET), our on-campus degree program consists of curriculum designed by a team of industry technologists and experienced faculty members. You will partner with these professionals to execute exciting projects, for example, designing and building an off-road vehicle for Baja SAE Racing.
Upon earning your BS in electrical engineering technology, you will have a strong understanding of key competencies in circuits, analog and digital electronics, computer design, electronic materials, controls and automation, power and machinery, and technical documentation. You will also be able to enter the workforce with valuable workplace skills including troubleshooting, information technology and ethical practices through the lens of the Christian worldview.
