Student must hold BA or BS degree in pharmacy, a science, or a health program from an accredited college or university.
The following are prerequisite course subjects and the credit hours associated with each that are listed to aid determination of equivalent prerequisite courses and to plan course loads for a Pharmaceutics graduate program:
- Pre-Calculus, Calculus I-II (10 credits)
- Pharmaceutics and Biopharmaceutics I and II or equivalent (7 credits)
- Introduction to Biostatistics or equivalent (3 credits)
- Physical Chemistry I or equivalent (4 credits)
- Differential Equations or equivalent (3 credits)
- Analytical Chemistry / Lab (4 credits)
- Cell biology methods and lab or equivalent (5 credits)
Required Examinations – Graduate Record Exam & TOEFL English Language Competency: Original TOEFL iBT (Test of English as a Foreign Language, Internet-based Test) or IELTS (International English Language Testing System)
