The yearlong capstone experience places students in a position of developing software for real clients. The laboratory and instructional facilities are designed to support and encourage creativity and teamwork. Oswego?s software engineering program ? the first in all of SUNY ? provides a systems-oriented curriculum that encompasses software requirements, design, construction, testing, maintenance, configuration management, engineering management, engineering process, tools and quality assurance.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Requirements:

Applicant must have completed high school diploma or equivalent
Applicant should have completed 4 units of English, 3 units of Mathematics and Social Science, 3 units of Science and 2 consecutive units of foreign language
Applicants must submit official transcripts with necessary translation wherever required
Submit English Language Proficiency test scores

English Language Requirements:

TOEFL: minimum score of 71 in iBT
IELTS: minimum score of 6.0
PTE: minimum score of 55
