  • Chapman University has been approved by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) to offer special education credential programs (i.e., Education Specialist Preliminary Credential Programs) in the areas of: mild/moderate, moderate/severe, and a joint multiple subject and mild/moderate credential.
