• MPH applicants are allowed to select two majors in their application from the above-mentioned programs.
  • The same programs must be selected in both the SOPHAS and the College of Public Health Supplemental Application.
  • If two programs are selected, and the application is complete (SOPHAS has received all required materials and the supplemental application has been received), the application will be sent to both departmental admissions committees for review and decision.
  • If the application receives two decisions to admit, the applicant will accept the offer from one program and decline the other. If one department votes to admit and the other votes to deny admission, the applicant will be able to accept the program offered. If both departments vote to deny, the applicant will not be admitted into the College of Public Health.
