MS in Biomedical Informatics is a 12-month curricular program.
It is an on-campus program offered on both a full-time and part-time basis.
As a student pursuing a master’s degree in biomedical informatics, they will learn to create novel computational and quantitative methods and apply them to biomedical research.
The vibrant scientific research community at NYU Langone and NYU Grossman School of Medicine offers students the chance to work with nationally and internationally recognized faculty researchers in the laboratories, institutes, and departments.
Students also have access to the in-house high-performance computing facility.

Academic Eligibility:

Students must have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution and proven proficiency in:
- Linear Algebra
- Probability Theory
- Multivariable Calculus (Advanced)
- Applied Statistics
- Computer Programming
Students have a GPA of 3.0 (B Grade) on the 4.0 scale.
Students must be qualified in IELTS, TOEFL, and PTE to get admission to this program.
Submission of GRE Score is also required.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Students should hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, usually in a relevant subject area.
Applicants must have passed graduation in a relevant field from a recognized institution with 60%.
