TSU offers single sex, co-ed, and apartment-style living facilities on-campus. The traditional halls are located on the main campus and are fully furnished. Watson Hall - for First-Year Men, Henry Allen Boyd Hall - for males and Merl R. Eppse Hall - for females. Other than that, they also offer suite-style residence halls. In these halls, the shower and restroom areas are "jack-and-jill" style with the adjacent room. There are two suite-style residence halls namely Harriet Hodgkins Hale Hall and Wilma Rudolph Residence Center.
