It prepares professionals for careers in nutrition and wellness, healthcare, education and research, food and nutrition administration, nutrition policy, food production, food safety and regulations, and food and nutrition management. The graduate programs in Nutrition and Food Science at Montclair State University prepare students for a variety of careers in nutrition, food science and food management. Our programs are unique in that they offer a hybrid approach with strong emphasis on both nutrition and food science, and provide students with learning opportunities in applied nutrition, food management and food science.
