All courses required for the psychology program are offered on the Minot State University campus. Students can blend various course delivery options by enrolling in courses offered on campus, online, at MAFB, or in Bismarck. To complete the major a student needs to do his/her general education course work, forty hours of psychology course work as listed in the catalog and complete the B.A. degree requirements.
One of psychology?s most important characteristics is its coupling of science and practice. This is reflected in the mix of academic courses and laboratory experiences offered at MSU. Emphasis is placed on students developing skills in critical thinking, writing, and synthesizing research material.
