With three 2-week residency sessions (two held at Fletcher and one at an international location) and 33 weeks of internet-mediated study, GMAP is the first and only hybrid structured program which allows accomplished individuals from around the world to earn a Master of Arts in International Relations without interrupting their careers or relocating.

The interdisciplinary curriculum provides a 360-degree perspective of international affairs necessary to succeed as an international leader. Through an intuitive online platform, students remain connected with faculty and classmates as they continue the learning that begins during the residency sessions.
