Teachers who already hold a master?s degree in an education area and want to work on National Board Certification may take a sequence of four courses to prepare for that process.

The program is delivered through a cohort structure, and prepares students to be more involved in instructional and curricular leadership within their school and district. Upon graduation, teachers meet Missouri criteria for the High-Quality Career Certificate to be exempt from Required Professional Development for Educators, and are prepared to apply for National Board Certification.
