Campus

  • Saint Vincent College has a 200 acres campus in Latrobe of PA, 35 miles southeast of Pittsburgh.
  • There are more than 50 clubs and Student organizations. Student government, athletics, theater, concerts, and special events provide amazing opportunities to engage in.
  • The clubs are related to academic, performance, service, special interests, and sports. Anime Club, Reading Club, Respect Life Club, etc are some special interest-based clubs. Studio SVC, Radio, and Dance Club are clubs that cater to creative needs of students.
  • Robert S. Carey Student Center has a fitness center, swimming pool, lounge, book center, coffee shop, gym, etc.
  • Most of the students at Saint Vincent College involve themselves in volunteering opportunities through Community Services.
  • The College offers 23 varsity sports and has SVC Men's Hockey Team, SVC Cheerleading, SVC Equestrian Team, and SVC Rugby Team and Men’s Bowling Team.

Residence

  • Saint Vincent College provides on-campus residence to around 1100-1600 students in six residence halls. It is mandatory for first-year students to live on campus while for others it is not a compulsion.
  • First-year students live in Saint Benedict Hall which has 21 pods/neighborhoods each having an accommodation capacity of 16-24 men/women in double rooms.
  • Each room has a bed frame, mattresses, dressers, desk, desk chair, closet, wardrobe, internet connection and cable. There are elevators, central AC, classroom, computer labs, main lobby, etc in the building.
  • Apart from the first-year students, others live in Wimmer Hall- single Rooms; Aurelius Hall- 3 room suites; Rooney Hall - 4 person suites and apartments with four single rooms, two bathrooms, a common area, and a kitchen. All these halls are air-conditioned except Wimmer Hall.
